Wash the vegetables like potato,peas,carrots..cut these into small pieces and put these into the pressure cooker and cook till 4 whistles

Take kdhayi and add 2 tsp of oil..2 sliced onion...fry till golden brwn..add puree of four tomatoes and cook it for 7 minutes

Then add 1/2 tsp red chilli powdr,1/2 tsp turmeric,1 tsp kshmiri red mirch for colour and 2 1/2 tsp of pav bhaji masala..salt acrding to taste..cook it

Mash the boiled vegetables and add these into tha masala mixture..add water to set the texture of pav bhaji..squeeze 1 lemon..serve them with readymade pavs.
