Blend fresh tomatoes,tatasi,Ginger,Garlic,and boil till all the water drys up

Fry in vegetable oil till is dark red in colour and taste very smooth.onion,Salt,Thyme,Curry and spices.

Spice the fish with onion,Thyme,Salt and curry boil and fry in vegetable oil
