Tuna Mayo Boats

These boats are perfect for children's parties or just for lunch! My children really enjoy making them and then eating them, which is great because it's really healthy. You can fill the boats with any sandwich filling such as egg mayo or coronation chicken.

Steps
- 1
Cut the pepper through the natural grooves to create boat shapes. You'll need to remove the top and discard the seeds. You can make big boats, or cut each pepper section in half to make smaller boats.
- 2
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and season the mix with salt and pepper.
- 3
Spoon the tuna mayo into the boats.
- 4
To make the sails, cut thin strips of cucumber a few millimetres thick. Thread them onto the cocktail sticks at the top and bottom to make the sail. Then push one end of the stick into the pepper to make the sail.
