  1. 1 cupBoiled & mashed pumpkin
  2. 1Boiled & mashad aloo
  3. 100 gmChhena
  4. 2 tbspGreen pea
  5. 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  6. 1 tspChat masala
  7. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspMaida
  9. 1 tbspCornflour
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2Green chilli chopped
  12. 1/2 tspGinger
  13. 1/4 tspChilliflake
  14. 1/2 cupBread crumb
  15. 1Chopped onion
  16. 1 tbspMaida+cornflour for slury
  17. Oil to fry

    All ingredients of tricolour balls

    Heat a pan add oil add greenchilli,choppedginger,& chopped onion stir 1mints.add greenpeas&corrienderleaves mix it well.Add Salt cooked nicely.Add chatmasala and corriender leaves mix well &off the gas.

    Mashed the pumpkin,potato.A add maida,cornflour,salt,redchillipowder,chilliflake,chatmasala mix it well.makes the slury of made cornflour,salt,redchillipowder.Take some chhena on your palm flats it stuff peamixture,round it,than cover with pumpkins mixture,dip with maida slury,rolled with breadcrumb.

    Heat a pan & deepfry the balls.
