Take rice in bawl, and soak for 3-4hours.

Take urad dal in another bowl and soak for 3-4 hours.

After 4 hours grind them, and put for over night for farmentation.

Divided this better into 3 part.in 1 part add carrot puree, in 2 part add spnich puree, and 3 one remains white.

Now pore the green better, in greased tin, and put it in a pre heated steamer for 5 min.

After 5 min, pour white better, on green better, and put it for 5 min again.

After 5 min, pore, orange better in tin and put it for 20 min in steamer

After 20 min check with toothpick. Prick the toothpick, if better isn't stick, dhokla is ready.

In a pan heat the oil, add, cumin seed, mustard seed, curry leaves, red chilli, as tadka ready, sprinkle on dhokla base,

Now cut it into piece, and serve with chutney.
