Jambalaya
This is not spicy. If you want it hot, add your favorite spicy peppers. This recipe is a variation off a base recipe. I have changed items and measurements for better flavor, making it my own.

Steps
- 1
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Turn on to low.
- 2
Place onion, carrots, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, tomatoes and chicken breasts in crockpot. Cover and let cook for 6-7 hours until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender. Add chicken stock if needed.
- 3
Add shrimp and rice. Turn crockpot to high and let cook for 30 minutes. While shrimp is cooking, cut chicken into chunks or shred.
- 4
Serve while hot. Enjoy! (Photo is without shrimp and rice added yet)
