Soak bread in milk. Heat oil and fry the chopped onion

When onions are soft add curry powder, salt, turmeric, chutney and lemon juice

Drain and mash bread and reserve the milk

Add bread, mince and raisins to the pan

Cook low heat and when the mince loses it's pinkness remove from the stove. Add one beaten egg and mix well

Put the mixture into a baking dish

Beat remaining eggs with the reserved milk and add salt and turmeric
- 8
Pour over meat mixture and put a few Bay leaves on top and bake uncovered at 180 degrees for about 45-60 minutes or until set. Serve with rice.
