Wash and dice tatashe, onions, tomatoes and pepper then set them aside

In a medium pot, add a cooking spoons of canola oil once its hot, add onions and stir then add tomatoes, pepper and tatashe stir and allow it fry for another 5 minutes

Add fresh titus fish stir and season with salt and Knorr cube.

Cook on medium heat until a bit dry and all ingredient incorporated together then serve
