Steps

Take all the vegs, in a cooker, add little water and pressure cook it except capsicum.
Once cooked mash them well, if the water is more remove it before mashing them. - 2
In a Pan add oil and butter, chopped onion and Saute.add ginger garlic paste.add capsicum and Saute well.
Add tomato puree along with Pav Bhaji masala. - 3
Add little bedki chilli powder for red col.
Cook till oil leaves, now add the mashed vegs. And cook on slow flame for 15-20 mins,
Add lemon juice.
