Boil Rajma in pressure cooker with salt and bay leaf for 3 whistles.

In a pan heat oil/ghee, saute onions till transparent.

Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.

, Mix well, add all the dry masalas, cover and cook on slow flame till oil leaves the pan.

Add rajma, and cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.

Keep it aside to cool.

Assembling the papad

Roast the papad on tawa.

Immediately put rolling pin in the center of the papad to give the shape of Tacos.

In papad put all the veggies one by one, sauces, and garnish with cheese and coriander leaves.

Serve and have immediately.
