First roast the khade masale on low flame so that they don't loose their flavour and make a coarse mixture so that they give a awesome flavour when added to oil

Next cut all the veggies and paneer in big cubes.

Now take a pan add 4tbs oil,add tej patta and jeera,sabut dhania and let it sputter,then add the 4 chopped tomatoes and cook till they are soft and smooth and tender add haldi,kashmiri mirchi, and then add 1tbs kadhai paneer masala and salt as per taste cook for 5 min till it fills with it's aroma around you then add capsicum,onion and lastly 1 tomato cube sized cut,cook for 2 min mix them properly..

Don't Cook the veggies too much add garam masala off the flame and take it out in the serving bowl garnish with a little kadhai masala and fresh cream.
