Boil the rice till ready

Goat strips_ Cut the goat into strips

Fry the onion till brown

Cut the assorted peppers to strips add to the onion

Add the goat strips

Season with royco and beef cube and cook stirrring till ready

For the plating use a mould center it on a plate

Start with scooping some rice into a circular mould press it down with a spoon

Add the cabbage press it down

Add another layer of rice press in

Finally add the goat strips
