Punjabi dum aloo
It's simply delicious.
Steps

Half boil the potatoes, peel them and fork se holes krdijiye from every side.

Deep fry all the potatoes

For gravy make paste of tomato onion, cashew, green chilli

In a pan take 3 tbsp oil and 1tbsp butter and add jeera and kasuri methi and roast it for minute and add paste in to it.

Stir well and add all the mentioned spices and stir well till the oil and spices get seprated

Add the cream and stir it till the boil comes. and add deep fry potaoes.

Cover it for 10 mins and slow cook so that the gravy masala should get mixed with potaoes.

Serve it with naan or parantha.
