Steps

Grind onion and tomato and keep aside

Now take a pan add oil then add onion and tomato paste and stir add ginger garlic paste,add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and keep stirring until the masala leaves the oil

Now crack eggs and add in a bowl give it a nice whisk

Now gradually add the eggs into the masala stirring continuously simmer on low for 5 mins until the eggs get cooked properly

Goes well with rotis or chapatis.
