Ingredients

  1. 1unripe plaintain
  2. 1egg
  3. Any sauce or toppings of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the plaintain inside a blender. Then add one raw egg. Blend till its smooth. If necessary, add very little water.

  2. 2

    Ensure you blend till its fluffy.

  3. 3

    You can now pan-fry.

  4. 4

    Food is ready. If desired, serve with sauce of your choice
