Dhokla is a snack originates from Gujarat,It can served as breakfast or evening teatime snacks.

Firstly seive besan and put in a mixing bowl.

Now add all the above ings to the besan except for eno and prepare the batter by adding very little water and keep for fermenting for an hour.

Yourr batter shud be in a flowing consistency.

Once your batter is fermented.
Keep water in a big vessel to boil. - 6
Grease the plate (thali) or you can take any baking dish as I have taken a heart shaped mould..

Now add the eno to the batter and mix it well.

Pour the batter in a greased dish.
Now put the dish on the vessel of boiling water. - 9
See that the dish does not touches the water.

Now cover the vessel and steam it for 25-30 mins..

Insert a toothpik to check.
once your dhokla is ready - 12
Let it cool for 5 mins and then overturn the dish in a plate.

Now give tadka cut into pieces and serve hot with green chutney.
