  1. Ingredients for Jhatpat Chaat Papdi
  2. 10-12papdis (homemade)
  3. 2 tablespoonsimli ki chutney
  4. 2 tablespoonsgreen chutney
  5. 2medium potatoes, boiled,sliced
  6. 1/2 cupmatra(white chick peas) boiled
  7. 1 cupcurd, churned
  8. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  9. 1 teaspoonpani puri masala
  10. 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  12. 1/4 teaspoonkala namak
  13. 2 teaspoonsev
  14. 1/4 teaspoonsalt to taste
  15. For garnish
  16. 1 teaspoonCoriander leaves chopped
  17. 1 tablespoonpomegranate kernels

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Arrange the papadis, then arrange potato slices and half teaspoon matra on each potato slice.

  2. 2

    Add imli ki chutney, green chutney and salt.

  3. 3

    Top with churned curd and sprinkle pani puri masala, chaat masala, cumin seed powder, chilli powder, kala namak, coriander leaves and nylon sev on top

  4. 4

    Serve immediately
