Wash peel and boil it.. prick with fork well and carefully

Deep fry potatoes till golden at low flame

Beat curd well and add all dry spices in it and mix well

Now in hot oil put hing and curd mixture and stir well add fried potatoes and cook till gravy goes into potatoes well.. serve hot..goes well with rice
