Ingredients

  • 2 cupscurd/dahi
  • 2-1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • Few pistachios and almonds
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • Few strands of kesar
  • 2 tspmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Strain all the excess water from the curd with the help of a muslin cloth.

  2. 2

    Add powdered sugar and whisk well, till it mix well

  3. 3

    Now add the chopped pistachios and almonds.

  4. 4

    Add Kesar which is soaked in little milk

  5. 5

    Add cardamom powder.. Mix all well. Keep in fridge and serve chilled.
