Marinate mutton with curd,vinegar,raw papita paste,2 tbsp mustard oil,onion and ginger garlic paste,haldi and red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste,for 2 hours approximately but preferably overnight.

Boil quartered potatoes in little salt water or steam them,lightly fry and set aside.In remaining oil add some ghee and sprinkle some half crushed black pepper, 4 green cardamoms,a small stick cinnamon and few laung. When they splutter, sprinkle chopped garlic and fry golden brown.

Add chopped onion and fry.Now add the marinated mutton,tomato puree and fry till oil leaves sides.Add a cup of warm water and pressure cook 4 whistles approximately.

Keep in pressure for sometime.After releasing steam add the boiled and fried potatoes.Boil for sometime.

Garnish with chopped coriander and garam masala.Serve with rice or roti.
