Steps

Take a pan add water and sugar mix well. boil 5 to 6 minutes and make sugar syrup.

Take a mixer jar add semolina, refined flkur, milk,sugar and blend it and make a batter.

Fennel seeds and cardamom powder and mix well.

Now add baking powder amd mix well.

Now keep batter for about 20 to 30 minutes to rest.

Take a deep pan heat ghee and fry all malpuas in round.

Dip into sugar syrup for 4 to 5 minutes.
