Steps

Take the avocado & cut into half. Remove the stone by just whacking a knife on it.

Cut the avocado into pieces put in a plate.

Mash this roughly with a fork. You do not want it to be smooth, just rough.

Pour lemon juice on it so that it doesn't start to discolour
- 5
Add salt, finely chopped onion & dhania
- 6
Mix well. Serve on a rustic slice of bread or with Tortilla crisps
