Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour
3 tspsemolina
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspajwain
1 tspblack pepper
Pinchhing
To tasteSalt
4 tspghee
2 tspfresh chopped methi leaf
1 tspblack and white sesame seeds
as neededWater
as neededOil for frying

Mix all ingredients very nicely

Now add water as required..then make a dough

After 5minutes..roll it little thin

Now cut it.with cutter..in round shape

Heat the pan and add oil

Put the puri in the hot oil

Fry it both side till golden

It's ready..when it becomes cool..put it container..
