Ingredients

  • 250ग्राम मैदा
  • 75ग्राम घी
  • 1छोटा चम्मच अजवाइन और कलौंजी
  • नमक स्वाद के अनुसार तलने के लिए तेल

    मैदे में अजवाइन कलौंजी नमक घी डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करें पानी की सहायता से कड़ा आटा गूंध लें 10 मिनट के लिए रख दें

  2. 2

    रोटी की तरह बेलकर मनचाहे आकार में काट लें

  3. 3

    एक कढ़ाई में तेल को गर्म कर लें आज को मीडियम कर के नमक पारे डालें पलटते हुए गोल्डन कलर होने तक पकाएं
