  1. 250 gpreboiled mbaazi/pigeon peas
  2. 20 gdessicated coconut
  3. 100 mlthick coconut cream
  4. 250 mlcoconut milk
  5. 3onions
  6. 3green chillies
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Pinchblack pepper
  9. 1 teaspoonmixed spices

    In a sufuria place your mbaazi evenly

  2. 2

    Place the chopped onions on top of the mbaazi and spread evenly

  3. 3

    Add the salt, dessicated coconut, black pepper, mixed spices and coconut milk... Cover and simmer on low heat for 10min..till it reduces

  4. 4

    Add in the green chillies and the coconut cream and cook further for about 7-10min till thickness of your liking

    Take off heat and serve with either rice or chapati...
