Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes till well cooked

  2. 2

    Add kunde (grain) and let it cook well

  3. 3

    In different pan fry onions and add pumpkin leaves and let it cook well

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into a blender and let it blend a little

  5. 5

    Pour over the potatoes and mix it well then mash it up

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
