  • 1 bowlpeel of gourd
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 2 tsppoppy seeds
  • 1/2 tspnigella seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

15 minute
  1. 1

    Make a paste of gourd peel green chillies and poppy seeds

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds

  3. 3

    Add the paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Cover it and keep the heat low

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice
