1whole chicken
5 clovesgarlic
100 gginger
Black pepper
to tasteSalt
50 gMeat tendariser
50 mlSoy sauce
50 mlOlive oil
Oregano leaves 50 g

Mix all the ingredients,then add into the chicken and marina

Cut the chicken into 8 saute pieces then mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for about 1 hour

Oil the baking sheet place the chicken pieces and bake in the oven at 300°© for 30 minutes

Serve with bread sauce
