Ingredients

  • Any vegetables you like (I used onions, mushrooms, chards, tomatoes), as much as you like
  • 1 packSliced salami
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 2table spoons, Olive oils
  • 3 cubesChicken stock
  • 500ml, water
  • 200ml, white/orange wine (I used orange wine!)
  • Dry penne for 2 person
  • Parmesan cheese, salt, peppers - as much as you like!

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop vegetables, salami and garlic

  2. 2

    Cook the ingredients in step 1 in the pan

  3. 3

    Add olive oil, garlic, water, and pasta to the pan

    After 5 mins, add chicken stock to the pan

  5. 5

    After 3 mins, add wine to the pan

  6. 6

    Wait until pasta cooked al dente

  7. 7

    Ready!
