Wash fish and set aside, make sure the uGu leaf and onions are diced and set aside

Heat up frying pan and once its hot, add oil then onions and stir

Stir in kpanla fish and allow it fry for about 4 minutes, add salt, pepper and knorr cube

Finally add uGu leaf and stir and turn off heat almost immediately

Serve vegetable sauce with pasta
