Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspHoney
  2. 6 tbspWater
  3. 1Green Tea Bag
  4. 2 cupFrozen Blueberries
  5. 1Banana
  6. 1 1/2 cupSkimmed Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water

  2. 2

    Add green tea bag and let it brew for 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Take the tea bag out and stir the honey in until it dissolves

  4. 4

    In the blender, add the berries, the banana and the milk

  5. 5

    Add the tea mix to the blender

  6. 6

    Blend all the ingredients together.

  7. 7

    Pour into glass and enjoy!

  8. 8

    2 servings is about 750ml and is enough for 2-3 people!
