Knead maida with warm milk, sugar, salt, oregano, baking powder, baking soda, chopped garlic & butter.
Knead well fr 10 mins. If you need then only add water.
Add oil, make a round ball of dough, cover, keep aside for 2 hours. - 2
Add shredded tandoori chicken(or any other type of chicken), veggies, pizza sauce & mozerella cheese.
Fold into half & press the edges tightly using fingers or fork. - 3
Using knife make slits & bake for 10-15 min at 180°
You can also make in a pan
Heat some butter add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic & saute fr smtime. - 4
Brush butter with garlic on roll.
Lastly garnish with cheese, chilli flakes & oregano. - 5
For tandoori chicken. Marinate boneless pieces in curd, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, salt, red chilli powder, salt, colour & lemon juice for 4-5 hours. Cook in a pan & use this in filling.
