New Orleans Chargrilled Oysters
A simple recipe with great flavor.

Add butter, garlic and pepper to a skillet and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Garlic butter can be made in advance and stored in refrigerator.

Heat grill to 400 degrees. Place freshly shucked oysters on grill. Add a spoonful of garlic butter and about a tablespoon of the parmesan and Romano mixed to each oyster. Feel free to add more or less butter and cheese, I like a lot!!

Grill oyster until garlic butter is bubbling and cheese is melted.

Serve with a thin slice of toasted French bread
