A tasty cirspy snack recipe loved by kids and served during all festival.
Steps

Place a plain flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add pinch of salt and little bit of oil and cumin seeds & mix.

Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.

Cover and rest for 15 min to rise.
- 4
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out into a round shape.

Cut the nimkies into thin diamond shape.
- 6
Heat oil in a deep pan add nimkies and fry it. Dont over fry the nimkies and keep it 3-4 hours for good result.

Serve with tea or coffie.
