Take a pan put into gram flour add lemon juice, salt, pinch of baking soda and turmeric powder, sugar, make a smooth paste with the lassi.

Rest for 10 min. And boil water in a big pan put into a stand.

At last in mixture of gram flour add eno mix well clock wise and take a small pan add oil and rai tadka add in mixture of dhokla

Take idli stand put the drop of oil and dhokla batter.

Cook on high flame for 10 min.

And take another pan add 1 spn oil rai And salt, sugar,curry leaves lemon juice and 1/2 glass water boiled it.

After 10 min check dhokla with tooth pick or knife.

Take out mini dhokla put into tadka water.

Mini dhokla is ready.
