Masala dosa with coconut chutney
Another South Indian dish.
Steps

Boil the potatoes. Peel, chop and keep aside.

Slice the onions. Cut the green chillies.
- 3
Heat oil, add mustard seed, Urad dal, Chana dal, green chillies, kashmiri red chilli and curry leaves and hing. Let all splatter.

Add the sliced onions. Cook till onions become pink.

Now add turmeric powder, salt, potatoes. Mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Now make a dosa add butter, and cook, then spread the potatoes Masala on the dosa. Fold and serve with coconut chutney.
