Boil and peel the Potatoes

Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now heat oil and temper Cumin seeds,bay leaf,red chilli and whole garam masalas

Add Potatoes and saute well till it become soft and moist

Add ginger and green chillies and saute

Add tomato puree and saute well till oil separates

Now add peas and sugar combine well

Add coriander leaves and serve
