First of all wash and drain the boneless chicken. Cut it in small pieces and marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients as said above. Don't add corn flour yet. Put the marinated chicken in fridge for 2 hours.

Wash and peel off the potatoes and cut them in slices. Not very thick. Use slicer for the perfect slices. Take enough water and add salt. Soak the potato slices in water for half an hour.

Take out the marinated chicken and add corn flour and mix well. Now put chicken piece in the middle of each potato slice and pierce the toothpick from one side to another of potato slice passing through the chicken pieces.

Now deep fry them in hot oil until the potato slices get golden brown and chicken pieces cooked well.(Add 5 to 6 pieces at a time) garnish with coriander leaves and grated cheese... serve hot...
