  2. 1/2 tspAjwain (carom seeds)
  3. 3 tbspFresh methi ieaves
  4. 2 tbspOil for moin
  5. As neededOil for fry
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and knead a hard dough leave it for 15minutes
    Make big ball and cut mathari by cutter and namakpare according to ur choice.
    Heat oil in a wolk and fry on slow heat

    Crispy mathari namakpare is ready
