  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 inchdry ginger
  • 2red chilli whole
  • 1 tspaamchur powder
  • 1 tspblack salt

    Dry roast all the ingredients except aamchur powder and black salt

    Now grind it coarsely

    Mix aamchur powder and black salt

    Keep it in an airtight container

  5. 5

    Use it in the potato mixture while making paratha
