  3. 1 cupCuster sugar
  4. 150 gramsbutter, chopped

    Add all ingredients together (exempt butter), whisk to combine.

    Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring for 2 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.

    Reduce the heat to low and add butter 3-4 pcs at a time, stirring continuously until melted. Continue stirring until the mixture is thickened.

    Strain immediately into a jar, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or until cold.
