Hasselback Potatoes
The healthy-ish version.
Steps

Place the potato between two level wooden spoons.

Carefully and thinly slice the potatoes, the spoons well help you to not slice all the way down through the potato.

Place on a baking try as you go along preparing the potatoes.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- 5
Back in a 220 c preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Brushing half way with more olive oil.

2-5 minutes before turning the heat off, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on each potato. You can add any cheese you like. I prefer them with parmesan.

Rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
