Ingredients

  • 5.3 ozraw shrimp, cleaned and peeled (150 grams)
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped red onion (30 grams)
  • Finely chopped cilantro, to taste
  • 2serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Sugar-free, low-carb ketchup
  • 1/2avocado
  • 1/2cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 11 limes
  • Hot sauce for seafood, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the shrimp in the juice of 10 limes for 30 minutes, or enough juice to cover them.

  2. 2

    Drain and rinse the shrimp.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix the shrimp with all the ingredients, adding ketchup and purified water to taste.

  4. 4

    Season with the juice of 1 lime and sea salt.

  5. 5

    Serve with cheese chips or enjoy on its own.
