In an effort to become healthier, my boyfriend requested that I make a banana smoothie for him. After searching the internet for a good recipe, we doctored one to his liking and came up with this one. I hope you like; he sure does (to my surprise).

1/3 cuprolled oats (uncooked)
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspvanilla extract
1 1/2 cupsmilk (soy or almond is okay)

Blend for 30 seconds.
Serve in a chilled glass with a straw (maybe with a drink umbrella if you are feelin' fancy).
