1 tspsalt
1.5butter sticks or 170 gram
8 tbspicewater
2.5apples
3/4 cupsugar
2 tbspflour
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/2lemon
1egg
icecream

Flour + salt + butter then ice water, mix, then into the refrigerator for 2 hours

Cut the apple + add the sugar + the 2 tbsp of flour + cinnamon and the lemon juice

50 - 60 min. 200°C
