  • 5medium sized potatoes
  • Oil for frying

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash potatoes and peel them

  2. 2

    Use a potato peeler to cut into thin translucent slices

  3. 3

    Preheat oil and place the slices one by one in the hot oil. They dont take long to fry

  4. 4

    Remove when you observe they have become crispy.
