250 gmaize flour
2 cupswater
1 Tspsalt
4eggs
2 bunchespumpkin flour
1 bunchspinach
1 bunchgreen onions
2tomatoes

Peel off the pumpkin leaves coverings then wash thrice

Boil for ten minutes then drain the water

Heat oil in a sufuria, add onions then tomatoes followed by the vegetables then cook for 5 mins.

Serve with ugali or traditional meals like sweet potatoes.
