Cook the muhogo in light coconut milk, add grated tomato, chillie, salt to taste and cook till half done

Then add thick coconut cream and cook further till done. Serve hot or cold

Note: if using tinned coconut cream then just add 2 tblspn cream with half litre water to boil the cassava then later add the remaining cream.
