Steps

Soak urad dal and rice seperately for 2 hour.

Grind dal fine and put in a bowl.

Grind rice fine,with little water and keep it for fermentation for 2 to 3 hour with add salt.

Take idli moulds put wet cloth on it.and pour mixture in every idly mould.

Cook it in steamer for 10 minute.

Served Hot with Coconut Chutney, Tomato Chutney,Coriander Chutney and Sambhar.
