Wash the rice properly then stain water and keep aside atlist 1 hour.

In a large mixing bowl add rice,75 gm ghee,chopped ginger,salt and termeric powder and mix it very well.

Heat remain ghee in a pan add some spices and add cashew nuts and raisin and satue then add mixed rice and satue.

Cover and cook in low flame in 5 min and satue it.

Then add hot water of the double quantity of rice.

Cover and cook in low flame till the rice are complitly cooked. Then add sugar and mix.

Garnished with cashew nuts and serve hot.
