Ingredients

30-35 min
4 serving
  • 500 gmGobinda bhog rice
  • 100 gmghee
  • 10 gmginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tsptermeric powder
  • 2-3 tbspcashew nuts
  • 2-3 tbspraisin
  • Some spices (2 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 4-5 bay leaves)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the rice properly then stain water and keep aside atlist 1 hour.

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl add rice,75 gm ghee,chopped ginger,salt and termeric powder and mix it very well.

  3. 3

    Heat remain ghee in a pan add some spices and add cashew nuts and raisin and satue then add mixed rice and satue.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook in low flame in 5 min and satue it.

  5. 5

    Then add hot water of the double quantity of rice.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook in low flame till the rice are complitly cooked. Then add sugar and mix.

  7. 7

    Garnished with cashew nuts and serve hot.
